Ana Alvarez Albert

Ana Albert was born and raised on the island of Oahu and has a very large family on Oahu. My niece is the former Miss Hawaii 2009, Aureana Tseu. My nephew, Hale Motu'apuaka was the youngest fire knife dancer on the islands and holds the title of "World Champion" Fire knife dancer in his age category. My cousin Iwalani Tseu is a Kumu Hula and Hawaii's Ambassador of Hula here on the islands.

 

 

 

 

I have been a business owner since I was in my early twenties. I am married to a prominent attorney in Los Angeles, Mark Anchor Albert (www.LAlitigators.com) I am a licensed Realtor and run my husband’s law firm and manage our other business interests. We are a strong and responsible Christian family and have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren. We are the founders of a non-profit Foundation in LA called "The Queen of Angels Foundation" www.theQueenofAngels.com . We are very involved in the local Catholic and Philanthropic community here in LA. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal in all of my business endeavors.

This home was purchased as our 2nd home and for my family to enjoy and stay while visiting our home town of Oahu. I offer it to you as your paradise vacation rental during your holiday.

This home was purchased so we could return home with our kids and have our own Paradise to stay during our visit in Oahu. Being a local girl, a Realtor, and a business women, I know what is important to offer in a Oahu vacation rental.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This home is located in the most prestigious part of Diamond Head-Kahala, and could not be more conveniently located.

Just a short walk to the ocean/beach. Near the Kahala shopping mall and Whole Foods. Best location and beautiful surroundings with a one of a kind unique coral hill side and private waterfall is what this home offers.

It is gated with a beautiful Bird of Paradise design and surrounded by a coral rock wall offering complete privacy. There are 6 bedrooms on this property. 1 separate studio with private bath outside the main house and 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths in the house. (Total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths)

The bedrooms in the house allow for a lot of privacy and are perfect as a vacation rental. First level has 2 guest rooms and shared full bathroom. 2nd level offers 2 other guest rooms with Jack/Jill bathroom. The master is on the opposite side of the floor for complete privacy. There are beautiful mountain and ocean views from several of the rooms.

There is an upper lanai that overlooks the pool/hill/waterfall. There is a downstairs large lanai that offers outdoor living at its finest with beautiful comfortable furnishings and your own private pool/spa/waterfall. Bring your sunglasses and cool clothes to Ohana Paradise, where the glorious sun lights up the white-sand beaches, the aquamarine water, and tall palm trees, while the warm island breezes remind us that we have arrived in paradise.

This pristine property, is gated and secured for complete privacy. Sitting slightly elevated allows beautiful trade winds to blow through the front door to the back lanai. This private property has a one of a kind hillside that is formed by the sea made of coral where there is a pond and waterfall streaming for your enjoyment. The unique layout of this house works out perfectly for large families and groups giving a lot of privacy.

You are electing to occupy this property for the exact days outlined in the booking details. By law, the property cannot be rented to or occupied by other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term covered by your booking agreement. If you should choose to occupy the property for additional nights within the 30-day rental term, an addendum must be executed and full payment of any additional charges must be made prior to such occupancy. Ohana Paradise will designate the actual dates of the 30-day or longer Rental Period prior to the Start Occupancy Date.
